The brief was to design & implement the front end of an online booking engine, correcting the existing issues and replace the non-performing booking engine.

Customer Feedback to Fix Existing Problems
Prior to the project being undertaken a survey was completed by the Intercity Online Manager and when the scoped the project, solutions for all the relevant feedback was incorporated into the finished design.
